We typically do not accept returns for custom or made-to-order items, international shipments, or items that have already been exchanged. Accepted Returns:
Returns are accepted for pre-made, ready-to-ship jewelry items, with store credit or exchange options available. We do not accept returns on custom made, made to order items. To initiate a return, please contact us via message.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in mint condition and returned in their original packaging. Please ensure that returns are shipped back within 7 days from the date of delivery for US orders only. Please note that a small restocking fee may apply, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds Policy:
We provide refunds for returns within 7 days of delivery of pre-made, ready-to-ship items only, unless the fault lies with us.
